CAREER MODEL
The KennisTranslations career model is based on the growth of our collaborators
from the beginning to the top, sustained by knowledge that we have acquired and
demonstrated throughout our working lives. To this end, our collaborators are
supervised and assessed by coaches and trainers who are committed to their
development.
New members join KennisTranslations as translators at the 0 level, following an
initial training period in which they acquire a basic knowledge of several
areas, including translation and revision techniques, financial management,
business management, and marketing.
From this point, your career could evolve from the role of translator (level 0)
to that of Guild Partner (star) at your own pace and with the full support of
the organisational structure at KennisTranslations, who will support you
throughout your career.
From level 4, the Guild Partner level, members will be ready to develop their
own businesses, assuming responsibility for recruiting and supervising new
members and creating organic “GuildPartner” units that are associated with the
parent company, KennisTranslations.
The path from translator (level 0) to Guild Partner (level 4) is expected to take an average of 3 years, although it may take more or less than this, depending on the commitment of each collaborator.
